Being able to receive the dental treatment you require or would like to have completed, is easier with our range of payment plan options. WHITE offers several payment options to patients for Invisalign® treatment.

- Patient must quote WHITE500 to claim offer.
- To be eligible for the offer, patient must sign their contract by Sunday 30 September 2024.
- *Free Zoom! In-chair whitening is only included for treatment that is paid in full or on a Humm treatment plan with a deposit of $2,000 or higher.
- Patient must reference email or text message offer over the phone, print out the email or show the offer on a mobile to a member of staff, to claim.
- All payment plan options require a set-up and/or processing fee. Payment plans will be processed through Humm with fortnightly repayments via credit/debit card (direct debit). Set-up fees of up to $70 and transaction fees of up to $8 per month will be charged by Humm.
- Offer is not valid for patients who are already in treatment and/or who have signed an orthodontic agreement with Collins Street Orthodontics or White Clinics.
- Any medical and dental procedure, including orthodontics and Invisalign, carries some inherent risk; we advise you to seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified dentist or registered specialist orthodontist before proceeding.
- Orthodontic/Invisalign treatment will only be performed by our orthodontists if it is deemed at the consultation visit that such treatment is required, and of benefit to the patient. White Clinics and Smile Solutions does not encourage and will not partake in the indiscriminate or unnecessary use of any health services.
- Informed consent will be sought prior to the commencement of any treatment, and the patient and our treating orthodontist will discuss the outcome expectations of the patient prior to the commencement of any treatment.
- Our treating Specialist Orthodontists will determine which course of orthodontic treatment is most suitable based on the patient’s previous orthodontic history, presenting dental condition, and outcome expectations.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer at Smile Solutions or White Clinics.
- Offer includes OPG and Lat Ceph X-rays which will be bulk billed by Medicare, or private health rebate only.
- If eligible, free Zoom in-chair teeth whitening at Smile Solutions will be provided at completion of your orthodontic treatment (valued at $395). Free Zoom in-chair teeth whitening cannot be used separately and is only valid as part of this exclusive offer. In-chair teeth whitening offer not redeemable for cash.
- Further discount on your treatment is only available at the discretion of the treating provider.
- Patient is to choose one package to add onto their promotion. Either whitening package, cosmetic, injectables or flexi. This cannot be swapped, or combined after signing financial agreement.
- Flexi package cannot be put towards orthodontic treatment at White Clinics, or used to purchase products at Smile Solutions.
